Work release inmate jumps fence, escapes on Christmas Day

A state corrections department work release inmate jumped a fence Christmas Day and fled from custody. Authorities are asking for help finding David Succarote.

Succarote, a 29-year-old convicted of second-degree robbery, escaped from the Plummer Community Corrections Center in Wilmington, according to the state department of corrections. Anyone with information about him should call local police.

Succarote's last known address was in Middletown, the correction department said.
